山村さんは三年間クリスティン先生のもとで、勉強し、今月初めてレベル１の先生としてワークショップを成功させました。今回の1月のワークショップで、先生として教室全体をリードし、生徒の皆さんはそれぞれに素晴らしい絵を完成しました。
Yamamura-san has been studying with Kristin Newton for 3 years and this month he passed the first stage in his teacher's training. He led the January workshop. He did very well and everyone's drawings were splendid.
こうしてこの度、山村さんがRBRの新たな先生に加わったことを心からお祝いします！
Here we can see Yamamura-san handing out his first certificate to one of this month's participants.
And, surprise, surprise, he got a certificate of his own from Kristin!

自然光の下で、様々な色を混ぜ合わせることを学んで頂けただけではなく
みたままの「眼」でみた色をどのように混ぜ、使うかの行程にも発見があったことと思います。
みたままの「眼」で対象を見ることと「補色の力」の使い方によって、みたままの静物がパッと浮き出てきました！
Not only did students learn how to mix any color under the sun, but they also learned how to use color to affect what one sees.
They used the power of complimentary colors to make the focus of their paintings "pop out".
